Shipping
When will I receive my order?
Shipping times can be difficult to predict. You can track the production times of my products and add additional days for shipping. Orders usually take 2–5 business days to be processed before they are shipped.
Where is my order shipped from?
I work with an on-demand company that fulfills orders through facilities all over the world. Depending on your location, orders are processed and shipped from the facility that can do so most efficiently.
Will I be charged customs fees for my order?
International orders may be subject to additional customs duties and taxes. These charges are beyond my control and are determined by your local customs office. Customs policies vary by country, so please contact your local customs office directly to find out whether duties and taxes apply to your purchase.
My order should have arrived by now, but I still haven’t received it. What should I do?
Before contacting me, please help by doing the following:
● Check your shipping confirmation email for errors in the delivery address.
● Ask your local post office if they have your package.
● Check with your neighbors to see if the courier left the package with them.
If the delivery address was correct and the package wasn’t left at the post office or with a neighbor, please contact me at info@nessame.de and include your order number.
If you discover an error in your delivery address, I can send you a replacement order, but shipping costs will be at your own expense.

How can I track my order?
You’ll receive a tracking link by email once your order has been shipped. If you have any questions about tracking or your shipment, please email me at info@nessame.de.
I received a wrong or damaged product. What should I do?
I’m very sorry if the product you ordered arrived damaged. To help me resolve this quickly, please send me an email within one week to info@nessame.dewith photos of the damaged product, your order number, and any other relevant details. I’ll get back to you as soon as possible with a solution.
Returns
What is your return policy?
I work with a print-on-demand provider that produces items only after they are ordered. To avoid overproduction, I kindly ask you to consider the environment and avoid ordering unnecessary products.
If something is wrong with your order, you may return it within 14 days. Please let me know if there’s an issue or if you’re dissatisfied by contacting me at info@nessame.de.
Do you offer refunds?
Refunds are only offered to customers who receive incorrect or damaged items. If this applies to you, please contact me at info@nessame.de with photos of the incorrect or damaged items, and I’ll take care of it.
